Tom Keating specializes primarily in the representation of accident victims and their loved ones. He prides himself in working personally with each of his clients to obtain the best possible result on their behalf. Tom has traveled to 10 Northern California counties to try cases for his clients. He is experienced in representing people who have been injured in auto accidents, vehicle-pedestrian collisions, big rig accidents, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, and as a result of false arrests and elder abuse. Tom has participated in the Master’s in Trial for the American Board of Trial Advocates on a number of occasions in order to teach winning trial strategies to other lawyers. He has also participated as a speaker at seminars presented by the California Association of Consumer Attorneys from which he has received recognition for his extraordinary dedication, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Defense Counsel, The Rutter Group, and the National Business Institute.

Tom has served as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore at the request of the Marin and San Francisco Superior Courts and has testified before the California State Legislature on various issues affecting the courts.
