Mr. Klein has successfully defended construction companies, contractors, waste/freight haulers, nursing homes, health service providers, manufacturers, and small businesses via third party administrators, insurance carriers, or self-insured funds in Michigan Workmens’ Compensation litigation. Mr. Klein has conducted more than 1,000 medical expert depositions in preparing and trying employment injury claims. Mr. Klein has also successfully subrogated claims on behalf of lien holders, primarily no-fault insurance carriers, via intervention in the underlying Workmens’ Compensation claim. His vast experience in litigating Workmens’ Compensation claims in Michigan pays dividends for our clients, which is the hallmark of our success.
