Description Mr. Korder graduated from New York Law School, where he served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and Senior Editor of the Dispute Resolution Team. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from New York University. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Raff & Becker, Mr. Korder worked as an associate at an employment law firm and then founded his own practice. For several years, Mr. Korder has provided counseling regarding unemployment insurance matters and representation at hearings and on appeals. He has also worked on a variety of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and severance agreements, and counseling employees and employers about their rights and obligations under the law. Mr. Korder has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Unemployment Action Center, Inc., and is an alumnus of the Peggy Browning Fund Fellowship Program, a prestigious honor for law students who are dedicated to careers in labor and employment law.
