Ryan Kosobucki’s areas of practice in Immigration and Nationality Law include employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization. Ryan successfully represents diverse clientele across a broad spectrum of industries who need assistance obtaining visas for specialty workers, business executives, startup entrepreneurs, medical professionals, athletes, actors, and musicians.

Ryan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has served on AILA’s National Board of Publications and chaired the South Florida chapter’s Unlicensed Practice of Immigration Law Committee. Ryan is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. He is a member of the Florida Bar and has authored or co-authored published immigration law articles in Construction INK! Magazine and the Daily Business Review.

Ryan graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2005 (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011 (JD, cum laude). While in law school, he served on the Nova Law Review, was named four times to the Dean’s List, and received the Book Award in Professional Responsibility (Legal Ethics). Ryan participated as an advocate and brief writer in a national moot court competition in Constitutional law. In addition, Ryan was a Research Assistant to his professor, with whom he co-authored an article on international law that was published in the Journal of Law and Social Deviance.
