Susan Kowalski’s legal practice is exclusively limited to family law. She is a long time resident of Southern California and is uniquely qualified to practice family law. Like more than half of adults in California, she went through a divorce years ago. She is currently married, the mother of three children, two girls and a boy. She knows firsthand all the problems that parents go through with child issues. Susan is well known in Orange County family law courtrooms because she is there quite often. She is well liked among her family law peers and has worked for years with psychologists, investigators, and social workers in the area for years. She has the reputation of being a top litigator, tenacious, thorough, knowledgeable. She is easy to get along with if you are reasonable, and quite stubborn when anyone plays games, and especially so when it involves children or money. Susan loves to find hidden assets, sometimes employing investigators and accountants “to get the true facts.” Susan was born in Massachusetts, graduated from Smith College and did graduate work at U.S.C.. Her entire family are USC supporters. Susan has litigated all manner of family law issues: paternity, divorce, child custody, support, property division, attorney fees, adoption, civil harassment, restraining orders, and grandparent rights. Susan also has experience and expertise in the more difficult areas of family law: appellate cases involving family law issues, interstate jurisdictional matters, parental kidnapping, and cross-cultural issues.
