Rebecca devotes her practice exclusively to family law, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, step-parent and relative adoptions, orders for protection, paternity and appeals. Rebecca has also represented clients in criminal defense, probate, restraining orders, business and eviction matters.

Rebecca graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas in 2004, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Print Journalism and Political Science. She earned her Doctorate of Law degree (J.D.) from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007.

Rebecca is a compassionate attorney dedicated to serving her clients with integrity, efficiency, and an understanding that every client has unique needs. She will work vigorously to successfully settle your case, and has litigation experience when settlement cannot be reached. Rebecca believes it is important that she and her clients are partners in the legal process and ensures her clients are able to make informed decisions in their best interests.

Rebecca grew up in Jordan, Minnesota, and now resides in Dakota County. Rebecca joined Cylkowski Law Office, P.A., in June 2010.
