Ray is a founding partner of McMickle, Kurey & Branch LLP. He is a trial lawyer with over 26 years of experience representing clients in civil cases and trials. He has handled cases throughout the state of Georgia in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level.

Ray carries Martindale-Hubbell’s top "AV’ rating, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards given by the most respected lawyer rating organization. Ray is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American and Atlanta Bar Associations, Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.

Ray’s practice primarily focuses on representing motor carriers, insurance companies, property owners/managers, sports fitness facilities and professional business entities in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Bad Faith, Business Contracts and Complex Litigation matters. He also represents plaintiffs in the areas of Automobile Injury, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Premises Liability and Product Liability.

Outside of the practice of law, you can find Ray, a former All American tennis player at West Virginia University, out on the tennis courts or golf course. Ray and his wife LeAnn have been married for 28 years and they have three children, Megan, Emily and Joseph. Ray and LeAnn actively volunteer their services at various charitable organizations, including the Atlanta Mission, a homeless shelter in Atlanta. Ray and LeAnn also attend and serve at Northpoint Church in Alpharetta, Georgia.
