Nick LaCour is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and joined Marionneaux Kantrow in 2016. Mr. LaCour graduated from Louisiana State University in 2012, where he received a B.S. in Finance. Following that, he graduated from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May of 2015, earning a Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. During his time at the LSU Law Center, Mr. LaCour was a Chancellor’s Scholar and the recipient of the Kara Gael and William B. Baggett Endowed Scholarship. Mr. LaCour was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October of 2015.

While in law school, Mr. LaCour clerked for the Honorable Madeleine M. Landrieu of the State of Louisiana Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Camille Buras of the Orleans Parish Criminal Court.

Mr. LaCour’s practice areas include public utility regulation, land use law, business and corporate law, real estate transactions, transportation law, energy law, and commercial litigation.
