Roger Lai handles complex civil litigation of all types, and has tried multiple cases to verdict. He has successfully litigated disputes arising from construction projects, real estate transactions, and insurance coverage issues. He also has experience in commercial litigation and employment litigation, including shareholder disputes; director and officer liability; employment discrimination; eminent domain and redevelopment.

In addition, Roger is a sought-after speaker, having presented educational programs on the topic of electronic discovery for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and Burlington County Bar Association. He also has presented programs on attorney ethics, use of expert witnesses and federal practice.

Education

A graduate of Trinity College (B.A. History 1995) and Rutgers University School of Law, Camden (J.D. 2000), Roger was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2000 and in Pennsylvania in 2007. He also holds a New York University School of Continuing Education Certificate in Information Management for his completion of coursework in computer system analysis and design.
