John’s area of practice include primarily Criminal Defense. Mr. Landis represents individuals charged with misdemeanor offenses, felony drug offenses, violent felony offenses, and probation and parole revocations. Mr. Landis also represents police officers for alleged misconduct. While in law school, Mr. Landis clerked for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Dover Dixon Horne, PLLC, and Dodds, Kidd and Ryan. After completing his first year of law school, John served a tour in Afghanistan. John is a third-generation veteran. He has served as a rifle platoon leader in the Texas National Guard, and as a heavy weapons platoon leader and executive officer of a heavy weapons company in the Arkansas National Guard. He has a J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. |
