Steven R. Lane created the firm of Lane & Lane, LLC, with his son, Daniel in 2009. Previously, he founded Steven R. Lane, P.C. in 2000 after practicing as a partner in the firm of Lane & Mantell for 11 years and Lane and Perl for 7 years. Throughout his career, spanning over 30 years, Steven R. Lane has been an active Attorney providing clients throughout New Jersey with legal representation. Steven R. Lane is admitted to practice in New Jersey as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

Steven R. Lane graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall Law School in 1977 after attaining an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from New York University in 1975 and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1969. Having advanced degrees in both law and finance, Steven R. Lane has provided his clients with legal representation from a unique educational background, combining business, finance and law.
