During his career at the Firm, Mr. Leniski has served as the primary attorney on several of the Firm’s largest antitrust, shareholder, consumer, wage and hour, junk fax and robo-call, and other class action litigations. Although his practice focuses on complex litigation, Mr. Leniski is also very active in employment-related litigation, representing Union-side clients in NLRB hearings and in collective bargaining matters, advising employee pension and health funds and their trustees, and fighting for personal injury victims. Mr. Leniski is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, served on the Tennessee Bar Association’s Committee to revise the Tennessee Business Corporations Act, and was named a Mid-South Rising Star in Antitrust by Super Lawyers for 2012 through 2016. Mr. Leniski has also been named to the Class Action Trial Lawyers Top 25, Mass Tort Trial Lawyers Top 25, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for Civil Plaintiffs practice.Mr. Leniski graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame where he interned for Congressman Tim Roemer and won an Indiana Collegiate Press Association award for journalism. Mr. Leniski went on to earn his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was president of the Vanderbilt Bar Association, worked in the Vanderbilt Juvenile Practice Clinic, and won the Jordan A. Quick Memorial Award for Outstanding Leadership. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Leniski clerked as an intern for United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps at Fort Lee, Virginia, and at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.Mr. Leniski is an Eagle Scout.
