Prior to joining Rogers, Sheffield & Campbell, LLP, Mr. Logue was the principal attorney at Logue Law, a boutique Santa Barbara law firm that focused on real estate transactions and litigation. As a fourth generation Santa Barbara-area local, Mr. Logue successfully represents clients in all types of commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions, development, and disputes. He has represented buyers and sellers of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, multi-thousand acre vineyard, and luxury residential properties. Mr. Logue has managed ultra high-end construction projects and remodels. He has overseen residential, commercial and agricultural entitlements and developments in Santa Barbara and Ventura. Mr. Logue has negotiated all types of real estate contracts, from leases to easements and operating agreements to co-tenancy agreements. He possesses a unique expertise in handling Hollister Ranch real estate and partnership transactions.

Mr. Logue routinely represents landlords and resolves tenant disputes and evictions. He has experience in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters: quiet title, failure to disclose, misrepresentation, fraud, breach of contract, civil extortion, boundary disputes, interference with easement, prescriptive rights, nuisance, trespass, interference with business contracts, anti-SLAPPs, construction defect, mechanic’s lien, conversion, unlawful detainer, forcible entry, retaliatory eviction, premises liability, elder abuse, negligence, negligent entrustment, wrongful death, survival action, wrongful termination, California Family Rights Act, Unruh Act, and Fair Employment and Housing Act.

Mr. Logue’s typical clientele are owners with a portfolio of real estate, purchasers of single family residences, real estate developers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs. Mr. Logue is a member of the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar. He is also a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Logue is an active member of the State Bar of California’s Property Law and Business Law Sections. He has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2005. Mr. Logue graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Government and earned his J.D. from the University of Pepperdine School of Law with an emphasis in real estate transactions, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Mr. Logue has worked in dynamic environments, including Los Angeles, Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and London. He is also a member of the Hollister Ranch Owner’s Association (Board of Director’s, 2008), La Cumbre Country Club, the Santa Barbara Club, and the Winchester Canyon Gun Club. Outside of the office, Mr. Logue values the time he spends with his family and truly enjoys an active lifestyle of surfing, tennis, bicycling, hiking, and snowboarding.
