Will joined the law firm of Pope McMillan, P.A. in 2016, following four years of practice in Raleigh, North Carolina with the firm of Bryant, Ivie & Long, PLLC. Will also spent a year working as the founding partner of a solar farm development firm, Long Solar, LLC. Will is a Statesville native and is heavily involved in the local community.

Will’s law practice is a true general practice and the thing he enjoys the most about practicing law is the personal interaction has with his local clients and the opportunities to help those same clients achieve good and fair results. Will possesses a unique blend of practical, business and real-world experience; all of which help him create and apply common sense solutions to complex legal situations.

Will completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina in 2003, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance and real estate. Following a number of years working in the banking industry in and around Statesville, Will received his law degree from Wake Forest University. While in law school, Will simultaneously completed course requirements to earn a Masters of Business Administration, also from Wake Forest University.
