Presently, in the area of business law, for example, he drafts and negotiates national and international asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, merger agreements, technology, outsourcing, and staffing agreements, commercial leases, software license agreements, distribution agreements, real property purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and other related contracts.
