Geraldine graduated from the California Western School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. Since 1994, Geraldine has battled thousands of cases focused on protecting the rights of others and fighting to maximize the financial recovery for her clients injured or killed due to the negligence of others.

Throughout her career, Geraldine has devoted considerable time in Orange County’s community matters. Geraldine was nominated and the first runner-up for the 2015 Orange County Trial Lawyers Association’s award for Top Gun Trial Lawyer of the Year for her accomplishments in the Freeway Complex Fire case against the Yorba Linda Water District, and subsequently against the insuring companies for the water district. At the end of the six and one-half years of litigation, Geraldine and other plaintiffs’ counsels secured a confidential settlement for their clients of nearly nine figures.

Geraldine volunteers her time in the legal community for the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County as an attorney advisor in the peer court programs and as an attorney score keeper in the high school mock trial competitions. Peer Court is a juvenile diversion program that offers first time offenders a second chance on non-violent misdemeanors. Mock Trial combines performance-based, law-related education with tournament-style academic competition for high school students.
