Yael Magen is of counsel at Nathanson & Goldberg, P.C. She resides in Swampscott with her husband Asaf and their three children. She served in the Israeli Army, graduated Hebrew University in 2000 with a B.A. in International Relations and Communications and advance studies in International Law. She went on to establish a municipal social movement and headed its political party and became the first woman mayoral candidate in the southern region of Israel. She worked as an employment and wealth generator on behalf of ministries and municipalities, assistant professor at Hebrew University and Boston University, and co-founded various companies. Mrs. Magen Graduated Northeastern University School of Law in 2013. As a solo-practitioner Attorney Magen’s practice focused on Business law consulting new businesses and entrepreneurs with entity selection, contracts and operations, Housing Law and Landlord/Tenant issues, Employment Law, Taxes, and Student Loans. Magen joined Nathanson & Goldberg in September 2016 and is focusing primary on Real Estate Law in commercial and residential conveyancing for institutional lenders.
