Specifically, he was an Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., an extern for a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Columbus, OH, and an intern with a County Prosecutor.Additionally, David has direct experience with all stages of the criminal justice system including initial appearances and bail arguments, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial, and appeals. Additionally, he has handled multiple sentence reviews. David is licensed to practice in Montana on state and federal cases. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
David maintains an active civil caseload as well. Increasingly he is representing people in personal injury cases resulting from car accidents.
