Barbara Berry Malone is a Marietta native. She grew up off the square in downtown Marietta and graduated from Marietta High School in 1988 and from Georgia Southern University in 1993. After working as the Assistant Chief Probation Officer at Georgia Probation Management in Cherokee County, Georgia. In 1996 she began attending John Marshall Law School’s night program while continuing to work full time. After graduating from Law School in 1999 she clerked for the Honorable A. Harris Adams for several years before taking time off to raise her three children, ages 14, 12 and 11.

Barbara is active in political organizations as well as her community by supporting many charitable organizations, she is Co-President of the Sope Creek Foundation, an active member of Mount Bethel Methodist Church and a Board Member at the Shepherd Center.

The bulk of her practice is in the area of Family Law but she handles many civil cases, including personal injury as well as criminal law cases. Barbara’s legal memberships include the State Bar of Georgia, Cobb County Bar Association, The Marietta Lawyers Club and Southern Trial Lawyers Association.
