His practice was focused on the representation of injured victims of medical negligence and other accidents. Mr. Marmaros has obtained numerous multimillion verdicts and settlements. He has been a member of Cleveland Marshall Alumni, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
