Paul S. Martin attended Oklahoma State University and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1978. He subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1984. Mr. Martin received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1987 and was admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma in 1987. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Kay County Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Oklahoma Association for Justice.

Mr. Martin is a member of the Elite Lawyers of America, which is limited to attorneys who have won a verdict or settlement of 2 million dollars or more for their clients. Mr. Martin is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Society of Legal Advocates. The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizes attorneys who have obtained multi-million dollar verdicts or settlements for their clients. Membership to this exclusive group is limited to less than 1% of lawyers across the United States. The American Society of Legal Advocates recognizes outstanding lawyers in a given practice area and limits its membership to less than 1.5% of all licensed lawyers nationwide.

Mr. Martin’s practice is primarily limited to the field of personal injury.

Paul and his wife, Lynda, have been married 35 years and reside in Stillwater. Paul and Lynda have five children, two granddaughters and two grandsons.
