Jean Mauss joined the firm Max Schott & Associates in 1999 and assumed a leadership role in its Social Security Disability law department. In 2005, she left the firm to join Roxanne Conlin as a member of her litigation team for the successful class action suit against the Microsoft Corporation. In July of 2009, Ms. Mauss purchased the firm from Mr. Max Schott, and it became Schott Mauss & Associates. In her practice of law, Ms. Mauss advocates for both workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability clients. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), the Iowa Association for Justice, and Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group.
