Danielle M. Mayer joined Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. in 2013 where she devotes her practice to complex personal injury and product liability cases involving medical devices, automotive vehicles, and pharmaceutical drugs. In particular, she works on mass tort litigation involving Transvaginal Mesh, DePuy Hip Implants, and Zofran. She also works on several national multidistrict litigation cases, including In re Ethicon, Inc. Pelvic Repair System Products Liability Litigation, In re General Motors Ignition Switch Litigation, and In re Zoloft (Sertraline Hydrochloride) Product Liability Litigation.

Ms. Mayer attended the George Washington University, located in Washington, D.C., where she received a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Political Science. During her time at the George Washington University, Ms. Mayer was a scholarship recipient on the Division I Women’s Water Polo Team and a competition member of the Intercollegiate Equestrian Team.

Ms. Mayer attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While at Loyola, she was a Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a competition member of the Scott Moot Court Team. Ms. Mayer was also involved with the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Judge Stephen E. O’Neil Young Lawyers Mentoring Program. During law school, Ms. Mayer was a judicial extern for the Hon. James J. Di Cesare in the Orange County Superior Court and a law clerk at Horvitz & Levy LLP in Encino, California.

Ms. Mayer is a member of the California Bar, the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC).

In her free time, Ms. Mayer enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Captain Kirk, and hitting the slopes on a snowboard.
