Steve McAndrew has been practicing business and employment law in Southern California since 1990, including practicing with two of the top law firms in California and serving as in-house Litigation Counsel for a multibillion dollar corporation. In 2004, Steve established the Law Office of Stephen F. McAndrew.

For more than 25 years, Steve has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of business and employment matters, including litigation and arbitrations regarding contracts, fraud, shareholder disputes, class actions, wage and hour claims, discrimination on the basis of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status; harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, compensation disputes, civil rights, defamation and libel, assault and battery, negligence, intellectual property, landlord/tenant disputes, and real estate. Steve has tried cases in state and federal courts, handled arbitrations and mediations, and briefed and argued appeals.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA and graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School, after serving as a Note & Comment Editor on the Southwestern Law Review.
