Brian A. McCall is an Associate in the firm’s Mechanicsburg office. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and Litigation Group. Mr. McCall assists in tax and compliance matters, corporate and transactional matters, and general litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCall worked for several prominent insurance defense law firms and provided representation to regional and national insurance carriers and their clients. During that time and over the course of well over a decade, he gained substantial trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania. He has tried and successfully defended cases in the areas of general liability, commercial trucking defense, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability, nursing home malpractice, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, employment discrimination, and unemployment matters. He has also served as counsel for corporate entities regarding contract interpretation and formation, workers compensation, developing corporate handbooks, policies, and procedures, unemployment compensation hearings as well as collection and landlord tenant disputes.

Mr. McCall earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elizabethtown College. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
