Maria is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury litigation including construction accidents, products liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Maria has successfully arbitrated numerous cases and tried both bench and jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton PC, Maria represented insurance companies and their insureds in property damage and personal injury cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey which has provided her with valuable insight in handling such matters on behalf of accident victims.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maria is an alumna of Hatboro-Horsham High School and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Psychology in 2001. She earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004. Maria is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association and has represented clients pro bono on a range of issues including adoption, divorce, civil forfeitures, protection from abuse applications, and parole violation hearings. Maria is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Maria was recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star Attorney.
