Christine Q. McLeod has experience in representing clients in various intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Ms. McLeod also counsels clients on the patentability of inventions and provides patent infringement and validity opinions. Her practice includes coordination of foreign patent and trademark filings. Ms. McLeod, formerly an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and Barry University, has lectured widely on various intellectual property issues.
