Nicole M. Megale is an Associate Attorney at Dell & Dean, PLLC. Ms. Megale’s practice areas focus on Products Liability, Labor Law, and Medical Malpractice.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Megale earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from Boston College majoring in both Economics and Political Science. Additionally, she minored in Mathematics. Ms. Megale earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York.

While in law school, Ms. Megale was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. She wrote a Note, blog, and op-ed piece on the legality of suing states for executing innocent individuals, all of which were published. Ms. Megale earned various awards during law school including the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Analysis, Writing, & Research; the Dean’s Award for Excellence in International Law; and the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Patent Law. Additionally, she was runner-up in the Perspectives on Justice Writing Competition.

Ms. Megale is currently admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
