Timothy R.J. Mehrtens, Esq. has been a shareholder with the Denver firm of Litvak Litvak Mehrtens and Carlton, P.C. since 1995. He received his B.A. in political science and history in 1981 from Western State College and his J.D. in 1987 from the University of Denver. Mr. Mehrtens is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations. My rate for mediation is $300 per hour. My office is located at 1900 Grant St., Suite 500, Denver, CO and has several conference rooms to accommodate mediation sessions. However, I am willing to travel.
