Jonathan E. Meislin is a partner with Bassi Edlin Huie & Blum. Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Business, in 2002 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2005, he earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of San Diego School of Law and the University of San Diego School of Business Administration, respectively. Jonathan has represented both individual and entity plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of product liability, environmental law, personal injury, commercial law, general negligence, and complex business litigation and transactions. He has extensive experience with case planning and management, client communication, research, drafting legal documents, settlement, and motion and trial work in both state and federal cases. Jonathan is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He has developed a specialized practice representing contractors in the construction, scaffold, aerial platform, and rental equipment industries. He has received certifications in aerial lift operation and scaffold construction.
