Kayleigh Messersmith is an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina. She has a broad legal background with experience in Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, Compliance, Real Estate, and Lien Resolution. Currently, Kayleigh concentrates her practice in civil litigation and lien resolution for our personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.

Kayleigh is from Wilmington, North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University in 2009. Kayleigh attended Charlotte School of Law in 2014 and graduated in 2016. She was an active board member of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Criminal Law Society, and several other organizations. During law school, Kayleigh also travelled to France, Italy, and Lithuania. Kayleigh graduated in the top 18% of her class.

Kayleigh is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Rowan County Bar Association, National Association of Women Lawyers, and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Kayleigh is an advocate and lover of all animals, and is a Long-Term Charlotte Humane Society Volunteer. She also enjoys travelling, going to the gym, spending time with her dog, Lexi, and cat, Binx, and being outside, whether at the beach or on the lake!
