Molly Metza focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody disputes, child support modifications and paternity actions. Molly has helped many people through very difficult times in their lives. Before joining Harper, Evans, Wade & Netemeyer, Molly was a prosecutor in Florida specializing in traffic homicide and serious bodily injury cases. Molly has conducted dozens of jury trials and she has no tolerance for those that dance around the justice system. Both a litigator and a dealmaker, Molly can take your case to trial or facilitate a settlement. Molly knows how important communication is to her clients, and pledges to keep you well informed.

Molly is a Columbia native and graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in Psychology. She earned her law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Molly graduated law school with honors and received a Pro Bono award for her volunteer work with domestic violence shelters. Currently, she is a member of the Boone County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Molly is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Florida. She lives in Columbia with her husband Andrew and their two children.
