Mark Miyasaki is an associate at Bohbot & Riles. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, he graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a B.A. in European History in 2007 and went on to receive his J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law in 2014. He also holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University Ageno School of Business. He handles employment, personal injury cases. During law school, Mr. Miyasaki was a semifinalist in GGU’s Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board program and a member of the Moot Court Board. He was also a member of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). Among other achievements, Mr. Miyasaki contributed to a chapter on protecting clients from elder abuse and financial fraud in "Elder Law Litigation Strategies" (Inside the Minds, West Publications/Aspartore, 2012).

Mr. Miyasaki is admitted to practice in the state of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Mr. Miyasaki is a member of the State Bar of California, California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA), Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF). Mr. Miyasaki also serves on the Board of Directors for SEEDS Community Resolution Center in Berkeley.
