Mr. Mohajer received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University, in Tempe, Arizona. There, he not only dedicated his time and efforts to his studies, but also worked adamantly in giving back to the community. Mr. Mohajer was a counselor and mentor to a group of youth who regularly participated in community service projects and continuously worked on their self awareness.

Mr. Mohajer next received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California. There, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board, where Mr. Mohajer competed against other law schools nationwide in the art of Trial Practice.

Although licensed to practice law in the State of California since May 2012, Mr. Mohajer has worked in the legal field far longer. Mr. Mohajer has managed multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring his clients receive the attention and time they deserve. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Mohajer was the senior associate and in charge of the civil department at his previous employment. There, Mr. Mohajer handled the large caseloads from start to finish, including responding and propounding to discovery, defending and conducting depositions, court appearances, as well as all aspects of settlement negotiations. When you are facing a problem that must be addressed efficiently, you want to know that you have legal counsel that will stand firm on your behalf, and to fight for you.
