Theresa (Terri) Mohan is an associate at Wallace Boggs, PLLC, and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio. She concentrates her work in the areas of employment law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and family law.

In addition to representing people in whistleblower, harassment, discrimination, class action and civil rights matters, Terri also represents children and families in a variety of Family Court and Juvenile Court cases. Terri is certified to act as a Guardian ad Litem in the courts in Kentucky and Ohio. Terri has addressed a variety of family law issues including adoption, collaborative practice, dissolution, property settlements, and guardian/custody matters. She sits as a judge for Northern Kentucky Teen Court through Kentucky’s Administrative Office of the Courts.

Terri is actively involved in the community. Terri is an alumna of Leadership Northern Kentucky class of 2006. She has served in a leadership role volunteering with several non-profit organizations including Redwood, Behringer Crawford Museum, Kidney Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, and Covington-Kenton County Jaycees. She has volunteered in a variety of programs including The Rose and George Steinford Foundation, RiverHop benefitting Kids Helping Kids, and Saint Thomas More Society of Greater Cincinnati’s Red Mass

Terri received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and her J.D., with honors, from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Terri was active in both moot court and student bar association while working full time and attending law school in the evening program.
