Ms. Moore has practiced law in Colorado since 1993, after graduating from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. Ms. Moore graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1987. Also in 1987, she completed a paralegal certification course at the Denver Paralegal Institute. Ms. Moore joined the law firm of Warren, Carlson & Moore, LLP in October of 2011.

Ms. Moore is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations. Her community involvement included volunteer work for schools in the St. Vrain School District, and as a past member of the Board of Directors of the Niwot High School Education Foundation. Ms. Moore served as a judge for the State Mock Trial Competitions. Ms. Moore also served as a mentor and judge for the Brighton Teen Court program. Since 2015, Ms. Moore has been a singing member of Boulder Chorale, and presently serves on their Board of Directors.
