Committed to thoughtfully and effectively representing his clients, Brandon Morrow handles all types of employment and civil rights matters. While he seeks to craft creative solutions to resolve disputes, he realizes that some situations require zealous representation in front of judges and juries. He has been elected by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" (2016, 2017) and ranked by CityView Magazine as a Top Attorney in Federal Court Practice and Labor & Employment Law (2017).

He has litigated trade secret and non-compete issues, and defended employers before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies against a variety of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. He regularly drafts and reviews employment agreements, employee handbooks, and employment policies.

Outside of labor and employment law, Brandon has significant experience representing religious institutions in a variety of Constitutional and civil rights claims. He has also served as appellate counsel in a number of matters, ranging from insurance coverage disputes to federal civil rights claims.

Brandon is a regular speaker at human resources conferences and employment law seminars and co-authors an employment law column, The Law at Work, in the Tennessee Bar Journal.

A former legislative aide to a four-term U.S. Senator, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Tennessee and a juris doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He and his wife, Jenny, make their home in the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville.
