Moses has substantial experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy related claims at both the trial and appellate levels, including avoidance litigation and fraud claims. He also has significant experience in the representation of franchisors in numerous franchisee bankruptcies throughout the country.

Moses is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Third Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He earned his juris doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his bachelor of arts in psychology, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts in 1989, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
