Mr. Nemec concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents (auto, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian), medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and worker’s compensation cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has successfully obtained numerous awards and negotiated settlements on behalf of injured clients including six figure results. Mr. Nemec believes in frequent personal contact with his clients and strives to help clients navigate what is often a difficult time as they recover from the physical and financial injuries they suffer at the hands of another person’s negligence.

Mr. Nemec’s ties to Bucks County go back to 1985 when he moved to Newtown as a child. He attended The Lawrenceville School and then received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College, and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Nemec is admitted to the state bars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the District Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Nemec is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association currently serving the organization on the Board of Directors and as the Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division.

Mr. Nemec resides in Ivyland with his wife and four children. Personal interests include running, cycling, soccer, softball, hiking and golf. He is a member of the Bucks County Roadrunners, Central Bucks Bicycle Club, Bucks County Triathlon Club and has completed 4 marathons and 4 ultramarathons including the Marine Corps Marathon as a charity runner for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
