Following law school, Mr. Neyhart worked at Everett & Everett in Durham, NC. During this time he also worked part-time as a Law Clerk to Senior Judge Robinson Everett and Senior Judge Walter Cox at the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, DC. In 2004, Mr. Neyhart was Law Clerk to United States District Judge James C. Dever, III. Mr. Neyhart joined the Stark Law Group in 2005. Mr. Neyhart is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Braxton Craven Inn of Court. He served as the Executive Director for Americans for the Defense of Constitutional Rights from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Neyhart also served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1986 to 1994. |
