A founding partner Cooper Levenson, Louis Niedelman is a senior trial attorney with 44 years of courtroom experience. He is Chairman of the law firm’s Defense Litigation Department.

He concentrates his practice in Insurance Coverage Litigation, Professional Malpractice Litigation, and Construction Defect Litigation. As a defense trial attorney, he has handled all types of environmental, automobile, fall down, product liability, construction accident, and professional malpractice lawsuits.

Education

A graduate of Temple University (B.A. 1966) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1969), he was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1969, and was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1983 and re-certified in 1990, 1998 and 2006.
