Jone Osborn is of counsel to the firm and has nearly 30 years experience as an attorney specializing in business, construction defect and personal injury litigation. During the past 15 years, Ms. Osborn has represented insurance carriers and self-insured entities in business, entertainment and complex multi-party construction defect litigation. Representative of her work in the field of construction defect law, Ms. Osborn was associated with the firm Colton Mann Partnership in prosecuting the longest running American Arbitration Association construction defect arbitration which, after seven years of arbitration, resulted in findings that awarded her firm’s client compensatory, punitive damages and bad-faith damages in excess of $75 million. Previously, Ms. Osborn was associated for 15 years with Horowitz & Horowitz, which was devoted to business litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury actions.

Ms. Osborn is responsible for all aspects of managing and prosecuting litigation, from preparation of complex pleadings, devising litigation strategy and aggressively enforcing law and motion procedures through arbitration and trial. She is also a superior legal researcher which is an invaluable weapon to the success of our clients’ cases.

Ms. Osborn received her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of California at Berkeley.
