He represents clients with complex estates and trusts, including those having contested matters. John enjoys working with clients to manage estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues and has much experience utilizing Family Limited Partnerships, trusts, and other business entities to integrate and protect family businesses. His practice includes estate planning, estate administration and contested/litigation matters. John volunteers regularly, representing qualified clients in probate and guardianship cases. He also takes appointments from the Probate Court to serve as attorney ad litem and estate administrator. |
