Ms. Pankaj has established herself as a force in the workers compensation field. She has been very successful in obtaining benefits for her clients including winning all of the trials in which she has been a party.

Ms. Pankaj is thorough, open and honest when dealing with both her clients and opposing parties, she if of the opinion that this makes for an effective representation of her clients interests, and that has gained her the respect of her peers. She believes each client’s needs are different and, for this reason she patiently listens to their concerns to understand and address them as best as possible.

Ms. Pankaj was raised in Mexico City. She obtained her law degree from the prestigious Universidad Iberoamericana, and is admitted to practice law in Mexico as well. She is Spanish – English bilingual. After migrating to the United States, she sought admission to the California Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in this State. She has experience in business law, probates and estates, and criminal law.

Aside from her practice, Ms. Pankaj enjoys traveling. Her visit to multiple countries is something that has allowed her to continue to learn about different cultures, their history, heritage, gastronomy.
