Born and raised the Chicago area, Mr. Pantone received his Bachelor’s Degree in Literature from Colorado State University in 1986. He has also studied Shakespeare and English Literature at New College, Oxford University, England in 1985. After living in England and followed by extensive travel in Europe and Asia, Mr. Pantone returned to the U.S. to enter law school. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law in 1991, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Professional Responsibility, and was named Outstanding Contributor to the California Regulatory Law Reporter.

Mr. Pantone has dedicated his entire legal career passionately advocating the rights of the injured, with extensive experience in the areas of product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability, third party work site injury, general negligence and construction law.

Leadership & Membership

Mr. Pantone’s advocacy and dedication to the rights of the injured is not restricted to the courtroom. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (2004 to present) where he currently serves as Chair of the Legislative Committee. He is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and American Association for Justice.

Court Admissions

He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Pantone has argued on behalf of consumers in the California Supreme Court, California Court of Appeals and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in addition to the California Superior Court and U.S. District Court.

Family & Interests

Mr. Pantone has a consuming passion for politics, music, and the guitar, is an avid cook of many cuisines, and is the loving husband of wife Carina and adoring father of sons Anthony and Alexander.
