Ms. Pasztor is a native of Seattle, Washington and is currently a resident of Rancho Cordova, California. She received her undergraduate degree in Law & Society from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2004, then moved back to Washington State to obtain her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, graduating with honors in 2007.

Ms. Pasztor understands that divorce is an extremely difficult transition in a person’s life. Ms. Pasztor believes strongly that compassionate, attentive, and honest representation empowers clients during this process. Ms. Pasztor seeks to resolve matters between parties amicably out of court when possible, to reduce the emotional and financial strain on the entire family. When matters cannot be resolved amicably out of court, she will aggressively advocate for her clients in court.

Ms. Pasztor has practiced in the areas of family law, educational law, employment law, and personal injury law, but her true passion has always been family law and joined the Law Offices of Victoria S. Linder in 2013 to concentrate solely on family law matters.

Ms. Pasztor regularly attends trainings and seminars covering diverse topics in family law in order to stay current with recent developments. In her spare time Ms. Pasztor enjoys running, skiing, baking, and playing with her Bernese Mountain Dog.
