Robin Pearson is a founder and an owner of Pearson & Schachter, where she is an experienced trial lawyer who has effectively litigated cases involving a broad range of commercial matters. She has experience in contracts, unfair business practices, real estate, insurance, employment, professional liability, and construction disputes and creditors rights in federal bankruptcy. Robin has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and is also an accomplished negotiator with extensive mediation experience.

Robin’s real estate practice includes but is not limited to environmental impact review under the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Robin’s commercial litigation experience includes handling Section 17200 matters alleging unfair business practices. She has also represented corporate clients in breach of contract actions. In addition, Robin has litigated cases involving trademark and trade secret issues relating to the use and ownership of proprietary inventions in diverse industries.

Robin’s construction litigation experience includes performance of construction contracts, defense of mechanic’s liens, stop notices, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect and insurance claims. She also has experience obtaining private right of ways and easements, sitting wireless antennas and towers, securing permits for construction projects and negotiating pole attachments.
