David Pederson is a business lawyer and a shareholder of the firm. He assists clients with business formation, governance and funding, acquisitions, mergers and sales of businesses, including assets and stock sales, contract drafting & review and business succession planning. In addition, Dave has extensive experience in estate planning for business owners and individuals. Dave also works in the area of commercial real estate, including purchase and sale of property, and drafting and negotiating commercial leases. Finally, Dave represents financial institutions in documenting and structuring commercial loans, collections & creditors remedies. He represents a variety of clients, including individuals, large and small businesses, banks, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, commercial developers, commercial landlords, and non-profit organizations.

Dave has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations, including Rochester Community and Technical College Foundation, The First Tee of Rochester, Rochester Area Builders, and Olmsted Medical Center Foundation. He also serves on the City of Rochester Heritage Preservation Commission. For several years Dave has served as a volunteer and supervising attorney for the Minnesota State Bar Association, Wills for Heroes program.
