Description

Lee Peindl practices in the areas of general business law, commercial law, construction law, insurance and workers’ compensation defense, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Peindl graduated from Westminster College (A.B. 1999) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D. 2002). While a student at Westminster, Mr. Peindl served on the College’s appellate review board and as an officer in his social fraternity. While in law school, Mr. Peindl served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board, and as a Student Bar Association Senator for three years. Mr. Peindl also served on the law school’s Commencement Committee. Mr. Peindl is a member of the Order of Barristers and he received the Case Western Reserve School of Law Student Leadership Award. Mr. Peindl is a member of the Gaston County, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations.

Additionally, Mr. Peindl is a graduate of the 2002-2003 Gaston County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Gaston Program. Mr. Peindl is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
