Duane L. Pinnock is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Board Certification is the single highest individual honor achievable by member attorneys of the Florida Bar. Less than one-third of one percent of all Florida lawyers are Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. A Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star™ in Estate and Trust Litigation, Mr. Pinnock concentrates his practice in Trusts and Estates Litigation and Administration and Estate and Tax Planning. For more than a decade he has represented beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives and heirs. He assists clients in developing estate plans and administrating complex trusts and estates. He also represents clients in related litigation and tax court controversies.

Mr. Pinnock is a member of the Florida Bar’s Tax Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. He is also the appointed Chair of the Wills, Trusts & Estates Board Certification Committee for the 2016-2017 term. He has taught continuing education courses to attorneys regarding estate planning and continuing education courses to accountants regarding asset protection.

Duane L. Pinnock earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Pinnock is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.
